Saturday's workout with Frankie

I decided to follow the weather forecast and as Saturday was cooler than Friday or Sunday, I chose to workout Saturday downtown with Frank instead of going to the barn.  I also decided to take the camera with me to catch us "in action" during our workouts.

You can almost hear our grunts, lol!
