Continuing with my & Kramer's riding lesson with Allie

So our lesson continues and you can see where Kramer's head/topline is:  Up, way too high!  As Allie tells me to "Give him more rein", you'll be able to see his topline begin to drop.



The look is so much prettier & comfortable looking (especially for Kramer!)

I can see that I still have the reins too tight on Kramer.  I'm having to "pump" my arms to give to Kramer's head going up & down.  The reason his head is going up & down is because that's the only way he can "escape" the bit pressure I'm unduly enforcing.  The reason I'm doing this is because His powerful hindqtrs are throwing me out of the saddle & I'm hanging on with the reins; what a mess!

    Well, it's not like the whole video (the 2nd one) was perfect, but it's looking much better. :)

      No, as you said; the video is not perfect, but it's a beginning. It's a place to start. If I start where the 2nd video ends, then just think where we'll be in a few week!
