It's been a while since I've updated my blog because I enjoyed back-to-back vacations.  The down side to that of course, is that I have to spend so much more time on my first post to make up for the over two weeks of non-blogging!
I started off with my first pic being that of Kramer and how he looked as I left him the day before vacation number one.  My last entry will also display a picture of Kramer from yesterday, my first day back with him.  The interesting thing was, that(as posted on that last day)that I couldn't ride because K lost his front shoe; upon returning yesterday, I couldn't ride because K threw the other front shoe!
My first vacation adventure started by driving to Hot Springs Village to visit Mom & Dad which included a girl's car club drive to Bentonville for an overnite stay and a tour of the new Crystal Bridges museum. 

It was nice and all, but I really enjoyed just hanging out around the house with Mom & Dad which included car washing, deck sitting & some sweet grilling time!

After saying goodbye, I drove back home to Shreveport, repacked my luggage and waited for Gare to drive up so we could then drive to Baton Rouge.
At that point it became all about DESTIN!

Enjoying the heck out of one another's company while doing a bit of:

frisbee throwing, corn shucking, beach posing,  cart wheeling, boardwalking and   adult beverage consump(ting) for a heck of a good time!  All in all, a wonderful get away!
But with all vacations, they come to an end and we get back to our every day routines.  I was going to post my yesterday trip out to the barn with pictures of my Kramer visit, but I forgot to download those pics so it'll have to be on another post.  Darn it!
